Tim Willmore Tim has 23 years as police officer, starting his career with the Kings County Sheriff' Department. He has worked with Visalia Police Department and has been with the Tulare County District Attorney's Office as an investigator since 1998. His assignments have included the Witness and Dignitary Protection Unit, Gang Unit Investigator, Rural Crimes Investigator and Training Unit. He is currently assigned to the Major Crimes General Investigation Unit. Tim was the department Training Manager from 2001-2011. Tim has been a long standing member of CAPTO and held the Vice President and President position with the Central Valley CAPTO group. He currently represents CAPTO as an Advisory Member to the POST Advisory Board. |
